Most people will agree that traffic to your website is the life blood of your Internet Marketing business. Many people have a problem with getting traffic to their website. There are many ways to get traffic to your website. If you need to get traffic right away, then one of the best ways is to use a Traffic Exchange.

Here are the next 5 of the top ten Traffic Exchanges that I use:

Start Xchange

This Traffic Exchange uses colored shapes that you need to match up to move on to the next website while surfing. Start Xchange is free to join and has two upgrades. Gold Membership and Platinum Membership give you monthly credits, a higher surf ratio (Less surfing to show your website more often), and other benefits that you can see on the website.

You can choose to use the free membership and you will have nothing to loose by trying out this Traffic Exchange. You will need to surf more for credits.

Link Crews

This Traffic Exchange uses Links along the bottom of the window tha you get to choose from, so you have more control of which websites you surf. Link Crews also has a special link that appears after surfing for a period of time that will give you bonus credits. You can join for free or choose to upgrade to the Titanium Membership, which will give you monthly credits, a higher surf ratio and other benefits that you can see on the website.

You can choose to use the free membership and you will have nothing to loose by trying out this Traffic Exchange. You will need to surf for credits, but the surfing is a little more exciting because of the surf game.

Traffic Roundup

This Traffic Exchange uses a Wild West / Cowboy theme. Traffic Roundup is free to join and has two upgrade options. Silver Membership and Gold Membership each give monthly credits, a higher surf ratio and other benefits shown on the website.

Make The Most of Traffic Exchanges

Create a squeezepage on your website that will give information about the free item the visitor will get for opting in to your list and the opt-in form with no other links on the page. This will focus the attention of your visitor to your opt-in form only. Use the squeezpage for the links from the Traffic Exchanges you decide to use. Get traffic to your own website, do not pay with money or with your time to get traffic to someone else’s website.

Your primary focus should be to build your opt-in list, because this is where the money is. Once you have a list, then you can send them email messages to promote Affiliate Programs, products, services, or your Traffic Exchange. You will find this a better way to make money online.

Promote the Traffic Exchange(s) that you are using. Put banners on your website for the Traffic Exchange with your Affiliate Links. Add your Traffic Exchange Affiliate Links to all emails that you send out to family, friends and other people you meet online, especially your list! By getting people to join the Traffic Exchange through your links you will get extra credits to show your website link. Some Traffic Exchanges will also give you a percentage of the surf credits that your downline people acrue. This could mean that you do not have to surf very much to get a huge number of visitors to your website! How cool is that!

Remember it does not cost anything to join these Traffic Exchanges so you have nothing to loose, but you have the potential to gain a lot of traffic to your website in a short period of time.
