Quick And Easy Website Creation?
I need to create a more or less fake website just to get screen shots of features for a project.
Any good sites or programs to use?
I need to create a website tool that is sort of an online form – again it’s more for the sake of having the graphics.

if it’s a fake website, you certainly won’t need to use php.
one way is to take screen shots of existing bits from other web pages (for example the little circle buttons and check boxes look the same on all pages. Then just use an image editor to make a collage of the bits you want. Use grid lines or whatever to make sure you get it lined up right, then save your image and make a html file with just the image code in. open it from wherever you saved it, it’ll come up in internet explorer just like a real site, but it’s just a picture.
another way is to actually make the page, probably the faster way. you can learn the elements for a simple form in just a few steps
*fishes around for a tutorial*
http://www.mcli.dist.maricopa.edu/tut/... (basics of setting up a html page, don’t know if you need this)
http://www.mcli.dist.maricopa.edu/tut/... (putting images in a web page)
http://www.mcli.dist.maricopa.edu/tut/... (all the bits you need for making forms)
there we go, one fake form, it won’t actually work as a form, but it’ll look like one.
Does it need to function? Or do you just need the images to appear on the page? If you just need to have it look like a site, write it in notepad and save it as any name you want, then just add .html at the end. If you need help email @ michael.harvison@gmail.com
