I am a professional web developer and use JSP mostly. I am interviewing for jobs requiring PHP. I want to know what topics in PHP I should focus on. How long would it take to master advanced concepts in PHP? Should I be referring to any online tutorials/examples? Again, I am looking to learn advanced programming in PHP. I am well familiar with basics through masters level courses at University. Please advise.

Specifically, very specifically, how do I take HTML that I have written in a plain text editor and paste it into an outlook email and have it appear as formatted content. Right now, when I paste into outlook it merely shows me the text of the html. (regardless of paste-special, or if I have html formatting turned on). Anyone? My purpose is specifically to paste (or import) text html created someplace else into a new outlook email and send that email as a formatted graphical (html) email. I am using Outlook 2002. Thanks.
