Plz answer!

I need this code as soon as possible. When I click on the link, I want a certain file to be opened. What should I type?

I can’t seem to find an HTML code for a simple contact form where I can put my email address in the code, I don’t want a whole contact page just a forum that I can put into a page already made.

I have some vague memory of there being something I could stick in at the beginning of an HTML document that would give all images a particular alignment, say, “middle”, without me having to edit the align attribute in each tag. Does anyone know if that exists and what it is?

How do you make a link that if you click it, it takes you to a certain section of a page? I know Wikipedia uses it… can anyone give me a link to a guide or something that tells me how to do this in HTML? Thanks.
