Hi, i’m a VERY newbie web designer and i’m trying to make a simple webpage with a seperate CSS page. I know how to put the CSS into my html document just using the tags but somewhere I saw someone who had there stuff set up so they could start the div normal; but the css was on another page. Can anyone help me?
btw: sorry about how messed up I asked this, probably could’ve thought of another way.

I am trying to make a website for my graduation project but it will never hit the actual internet. I wont have internet access where I will be pesenting it and I need to know how to put a video, that I have already on my computer, on my site using html. It is in the flv format. any ideas?
