I was just using my simple knowlage of an html file to make a page that I want to upload to the internet. I thought it would be a cool idea but now i don’t understand the faq pages that tell me how to do it with my limited knowlage

My friend said i need to know it first and then make a sample web page out of it as a practice.

If for professional site then get a developer to write a cms (content management system) for you.
You will have it tailored to whatever your specs are then.

I am coming to a conclusion on which I should use, but I haven’t found an answer to updateing files, I know html you can add templates etc, but waht about director.
