I have tried Freewebs.com but when I post my direct html on there, the background comes up with all these “Image not found” pictures while the images were uploaded to the website. Is there another free hosting service that is better compatible with Publisher?

i am going to try and maintain a website for a little league. would a rate of $60 for creation and then $30/month be good? or is that too expensive or too cheap?

There are too many tutorials out there that I don’t know where to start. I already have a webhost, so is there a site that explains setting up PHP on my cpanel somewhere, or do I also have to download PHP onto my computer?
