I want to create a big square table with a menu bar at the right top of it can some one please list the HTML code for me to do that or list a website where i can learn it.

I have a database populated with email addresses and its all configured with php files and such on a webserver. What PHP commands do I use to read the emails from the database table and send an email to all of them at once?

What are the codes to put lists in HTML documents? I havn’t used HTML in a while but i’m trying to write a website. All that I remember is there are several types of lists.

How to populate a text area when i click drop down list in PHP?
I’ve 4 drop down lists which has country list, state list, city list and Mayor list. If i click the country list it will generate city list like wise it goes on to mayor list. When i click mayor list it should give the details of mayor in a text area. But i don’t wont to use data base or link to another page.. If anyone knows plz help me..

Basically, I want to scan through one particular directory, which contains several subdirectories which all contain several text files, and list each one of these text files.
How can I do this? Just looking for a quick and simple answer seeing as I’m still new to PHP!
