Certain web sites when I put my mouse over a link on there page shows a video playing, or show a little window link balloon that can display text or play video, how can I learn how to do this? What’s that called, not HTML, that would be insane.
Doesn’t take me to another site, it pops up a little balloon next to the link on the page that can play video, I wanna learn how to do that, and maybe more.

How do you edit php in dreamweaver? I donwloaded a script/template and can’t edit the colors nothing. help a noob please

I tried just googling various keywords like basic html coding, or basic html tags. There was alot of helpful material but none that was in depth enough for me to be able to do all the things I require for my website.

I’ve been wondering if there’s an HTML that looks like you’re browsing pages on the internet when the URL at the top of the browser is the same and you’re clicking links and seeing different things. I mean like something from the yahoo website where all those links were just one huge HTML code where clicking all of that stuff just makes other things appear. Is that an HTML or is it some really expensive program?
