What are the Functional and non-functional Project Requirement when creating a web site using html and javascript?
i need a form to upload images to my website. i have looked around for examples that do not work. please help anyone!

Can a web site be blocked by what is in a comment? The comment itself would not appear on the page, only in the HTML source code so it wouldn’t be blocked because it is not visible, right?
I know Freewebs, but I was wondering if there are any other good non-html sitebuilders. I also want really good upload time. (If Freewebs is the best, tell me still).
