I’ve seen the program NVU and Kompozer but they’re only able to work with HTML and CSS. I need a program that has PHP with it. Any suggestions?

It must also have the option to make your own 3d graphics and objects. Also, can you please give me the website (if there is one) with a video tutorial of this software. And no, I don’t want to learn any advanced coding or anything.

I have build a website that when viewed through Internet Explore looks fine but when viewed through Mozilla Firefox then alignment of text is not perfect. Can the same code works for both browsers or we have to write separate CSS for both browsers.

I am trying to use libcurl with PHP on a Windows and I would like to spare myself the trouble of going through the whole install of everything plus libcurl. Is there some package somewhere that is like XAMPP except that it also contains libcurl capabilities or do I have to do the hard work and learn how to do it all myself?
