Say you like the layout of a website, how would you take the HTML off that website and put it as your own with adaptations?

ok. There’s this website called scrapblog. It lets you make your own scrapbook and stuff. Anyways, I’m having trouble with it. I want to save my creation onto my computor but I don’t know how. Like save it onto my pictures folder on my computor or on my desktop. Please help me! thank you soo much!!

I am currently working on a site and got caught up with one little problem… the site’s immediate background (not in a table) stays the same size, making it so it repeats which does not look good. Does anyone know how to fix that?
